Sponsoring Projects

Our ambition with PANDA is that all PhD projects will involve an industrial partner. Not only will this allow us to maximise the national benefit of PANDA by training more graduates, but it will also mean that research and student experience is grounded by the genuine needs of the industry.

Enhanced Student Experience

A key component of PANDA is the cohort model and training programme.

Profesionalism

The Cohort

A rich calendar of events helps to knit the students into a cohort. Allowing them to graduate with a strong professional network providing benefit throughout their nuclear careers.

Expertise

Training Programme

Alongside their research, students will receive tuition in Nuclear Science and Technology, Methods for Innovation, as well as the PANDA Professionalism Programme. This will produce graduates immediately able to adapt to the demands of working in industry.
